Available for 8 weeks (two, three or four times per week) they include initial fitness consultation and progress assessment halfway through. Allow me to design and implement a fun, effective and time sensible plan that will have you seeing the results you have been looking for!. I can come to your location of preference or provide studio. All you need is a matt and a willing attitude! I will supply the rest. Minimum of 4 participants per class, Maximum of 6.
